It's less crowded up there

My sister and I went on a road trip to Hyde Park in Upstate New York. It's a 2 hour drive from New York City and is approximately 152.88768000000002 KM away. There's a stark difference between upstate & the city. For starters the people there aren't as up front nor are they in a state of perpetual hurry. Also, gas prices are lower there and if you're lucky, you'll see a few people sporting overalls. :) yea!

Funny street/road/town names encountered along the way:
5. Killfish
4. Ho-ho-kus
3. Essex
2. Poughkeepsie
1. Middlesex

An All American Breakfast at Hiram's hot dog in New Jersey before heading out.

I got this at the Gas Station and I was literally :o

I fell in love with the campus. I had to ask God why He didn't make me a talented cook. Because if I was, I would have definitely gone here. (or dreamed to, anyway) =))
